Pilates

Pilates program is intended for all age groups. For all those who want to improve a particular aspect of their physical form or correct any part of the body posture (eg. bad and hunched posture , etc.). Pilates training includes: breathing in accordance with the body’s movements, balance, coordination, proper body positioning, strength and flexibility.

California Gym Split for this program provides:

  • separate air-conditioned space for exercise
  • exercising in groups under the supervision
  • fun and motivating exercise with appropriate music
  • various equipment for training ( large and small balls, latex bands, weights, pilates rings, mats, etc..)
