Cardio fit

Cardio fit is a program designed to develop fitness, strength, coordination and reduction of subcutaneous fat tissue. It is intended for all age groups regardless of fitness level.

The cardio fit program consists of two parts:

  • The first half-hours of training are cardio exercises
  • The second part of the lesson is exercises with different props to develop strength, mobiness and flexibility

Cardio fit is a progressive and dynamic type of training that will satisfy all those who like to whiten well.

California Gym Split for this program provides:

  • separate air-conditioned space for exercise
  • exercising in groups under the supervision
  • fun and motivating exercise with appropriate music
  • various equipment for training ( large and small balls, latex bands, weights, pilates rings, mats, etc..)
