Gym for bodybuilding / shaping and strengthening various parts of the body, reduction of body fat and increase of muscle mass. You can exercise under the professional supervision in the group or choose a personal trainer.

Pilates training includes: breathing in accordance with the body’s movements, balance, coordination, proper body positioning, strength and flexibility.

Total Body is a program that modifies the EXTREME FIT program. It is intended for beginners, intermediate advanced practitioners. The program consists of different methods of work with the aim of learning how to perform exercises, the awareness of their body and their own capabilities. With this program you will learn how to move and achieve the top form you wanted.

Cardio fit is a program designed to develop fitness, strength, coordination and reduction of subcutaneous fat tissue. It is intended for all age groups regardless of fitness level.

Training takes place with motivating music during which alternate cardio and aerobic exercise, strength training and stretching all muscle groups, which will increase fitness, melt away fat, define the muscles of the whole body, and reduce daily stress.

Fat burning fitness program is intended for all age groups. This training will increase stamina, melt fat, define the muscles of the whole body, and practicing reduce everyday stress.
